Center for Urological Treatment is a urology practice based in Nashville, Tennessee. We have satellite offices in Carthage, Ashland City, Lawrenceburg, and Dickson. The physician staff includes Dr. L.Dean Knoll, Dr. F. Frank Lohrasbi, Dr. Michael J. Spalding, Dr. Mitchell L. Wiatrak, and Dr. Tara M. Allen. Our physicians have expertise in every area of urologic disease. We offer a variety of in office procedures and have imaging and outpatient surgery available with in our building. We treat both adults and children and are experts in the areas of Robotic, Laparoscopic, Laser, and Neuromodulation surgery. The practice is nationally recognized for our work with male and female incontinence, as well as, male sexual problems. Our staff works hard to make your experience comfortable and stress free.
